Directions to Shenks Ferry Road Parking Lot: Follow Route 74 south toward Red Lion. Once you reach the square in Red Lion, continue on Route 74 south 1.5 miles to Burkholder Road (next to Mack’s Ice Cream). Turn left onto Burkholder Road. Follow to New Bridgeville and Route 425. Take Route 425 south 5 miles. Turn left on Shenks Ferry Road. Parking lot is 0.5 miles on left.

Directions to Park: From Continental Square in downtown York, follow Route 462 (East Market Street) east toward Wrightsville. Stay on Route 462 for approximately 7.2 miles until you reach South Broad Street in Hallam Borough – this is a one-way street. Turn right onto South Broad Street and continue until you reach the intersection with South Prospect Street. Turn left on South Prospect Street (another one-way street) and then a right on Buttonwood Lane. The park will be located on your right.

Directions to Park Office: From Route 30, follow Route 116 toward Hanover. After approximately 12 miles, turn left onto Route 216 (Blooming Grove Road). Follow Route 216 east for 2.4 miles to the Park Office on your left.
Directions to Trail Bike Area (Bankert Road): From Park Office, take Route 216 (Blooming Grove Road) west toward Clair’s Restaurant. Take your 1st left onto Bankert Road, nearly one mile from leaving the parking office. Follow Bankert Road for approximately 0.6 miles to the dirt parking area. The parking area is located at a 90º right turn in the road.
Directions to Main Launch Day Use Area: From Park Office, take Route 216 (Blooming Grove Road) east toward Glen Rock. After crossing the third bridge, turn left on Sinsheim Road. This is approximately 2 miles from the Park Office. Continue on Sinsheim Road to the Main Launch Day Use Area on the left.

Directions to Boat Mooring Area #2: Take Route 74 (Carlisle Road) north toward Dover. Remain on Route 74 to its intersection with Route 177 in Rossville (approximately 5.4 miles). Turn right on Route 177 (Rosstown Road) and follow approximately 2.3 miles to the Park Office. Turn right on the access road by the Park Office and continue straight down the hill to Boat Mooring Area #2.
Directions to Boat Mooring Area #3: Take Route 74 (Carlisle Road) north toward Dover. Remain on Route 74. Approximately 4.2 miles after passing through the center of Dover, turn right onto Alpine Road. Follow Alpine Road approximately 2.7 miles to the entrance to Boat Mooring Area #3 on the left. (The access road to this area will be on your left after passing Forry’s Drive-In restaurant.)

Directions to Lake: Follow Route 30 west to Route 116. Turn left on Route 116 South and drive toward Hanover/Spring Grove. Continue on Route 116 through the traffic circle in Spring Grove. After the traffic circle, continue 4.3 miles on Route 116 to Iron Ridge Rd. Turn right on Iron Ridge Road and continue 0.8 miles to Old Hanover Road. Turn left on Old Hanover Road and proceed 2.1 miles to Glatco Lodge Road. The lake will be on your right in less than a half mile. Please park on the side of the road, but NOT in front of the gate or fire access pipe (signs denote NO PARKING area).

Directions to Parking Area: Follow Route 30 west to Route 116 toward Hanover. Remain on Route 116 for approximately 3.6 miles to Hershey / Sprenkle Road (stop light at Hardee’s Restaurant). Turn left onto Hershey / Sprenkle Road and continue across the railroad tracks. Immediately after the railroad tracks, turn right onto Hershey Road. The parking area for the Hanover-York Trolley Line will be on your right, near the entrance to the Jackson Township Wastewater Treatment facility.

Directions to Glatfelter Station Parking Area: Take Interstate 83 south to exit #10 (Loganville) and follow signs to Route 214. This will require turning left on Susquehanna Trail and then turning right on Route 214 after approximately 0.6 miles. Continue on Route 214 west for approximately 2.2 miles. At the intersection with Valley Road, turn left and remain on Route 214 until it intersects with Glatfelters Station Road. (Total distance on Route 214 is approximately 4 miles.) Turn right on Glatfelters Station Road. The parking area will be on your left in approximately 1 mile.

Directions to Park: Follow Route 30 East to the Wrightsville Exit. At the end of the ramp, turn right on Cool Springs Road toward Wrightsville. Continue straight (cross Route 462) on Cool Creek Road at the stop light. (Cool Creek Golf Course will be on your right.) Drive approximately 1.7 miles to Haugh Road on your left. Haugh Road will turn into Knight’s View Road – stay on this road until you reach its intersection with Long Level Road (Route 624). Turn right on Long Level Road and travel 1.5 miles to the entrance of Kline’s Run Park. Upon entering the park, take the access road on the left that proceeds uphill. The Native Lands County Park sign is located at the top of the hill.

Directions to Recreation Area: Follow Route 74 south (South Queen Street) toward Red Lion. Continue on Route 74 (Delta Road) south toward Delta. After traveling approximately 15.5 miles on Route 74, turn left on to Route 372 (Holtwood Road). Continue on Route 372 east to the Norman Wood Bridge. Turn left on to McCalls Ferry Road/River Road just before the bridge. Lock 12 Recreation Area will immediately be on your right. Please park in the lower parking area.

After passing Smith Village, turn right on Valley Road and follow down the hill. After driving around a sharp right curve, turn right onto Nixon Drive. At the stop sign, turn left continuing on Nixon Drive and into the park.

Directions to Parking Lot: Follow I-83 North to exit 32 (Newberrytown). Turn left at traffic light on Route 382 and follow to intersection with Route 177. Turn left on Route 177 and continue past the ice cream stand to the top of the hill. Turn right on Pinetown Rd and continue until you reach Mt. Airy Road. (This is a strange intersection as the sign on your right may say Moore’s Mountain Road). Turn left at Mt. Airy Rd and continue to Roundtop Road on your right. Turn right on Roundtop Road and continue to the first parking lot on your left.

After going under the highway, turn right onto Potosi Road and follow approximately 2.4 miles to Lehr Road. Turn right on Lehr Road and follow to the “Fish For Fun” pond on your left. If you cross the Codorus Creek on Potosi Road, you have traveled too far.

Directions to Old York Road Parking Area: Follow South George Street into Jacobus Borough (Main Street). Turn left onto Church Street and travel about 0.2 miles. At the church (where Church Street turns to the right), turn left on to Old York Road. Stay on Old York Road as it makes a 90º right turn. Continue straight on Old York Road as it becomes a dirt road. The parking area will be at the end of the dirt road.
Directions to South George Street Parking Area: Follow South George Street toward Jacobus. Continue south past the intersection with Leaders Heights Road. The parking area will be on your right in approximately 1 mile.

Directions to Park: From downtown York, follow Route 181 (North George Street) as it turns into South Front Street in York Haven Borough. Turn left onto Route 181/Route 382 and drive up the hill to the stop sign. Turn right at the stop sign – there will be a catholic church on your left – and follow this road around until you can turn left on to Wago Road / Locust Street. Immediately after crossing the railroad tracks on Wago Road, turn left on to the York Haven Hydro Station access road. Park in the designated parking lot.
